Sarah Phillips
Hello! My husband and I were stationed at Yokota Air Base in Tokyo, Japan from 2019 – 2022. I’ve also had a long career in international education. From 2006 – 2019 directed international research exchange for undergraduates programs between the U.S. and Japan. I love sharing my knowledge and experiences to help others make the most of their time traveling, living, working, or studying abroad.
